On Friday the 1st of April 2016, the Zimbabwe Centre for High Performance Computing was greatly honoured to host a visit by the Chief Secretary in the Office of the President and Cabinet Dr Sibanda and his Deputies. They were accompanied by all Heads of Government Ministries (Permanent Secretaries). Upon their arrival, the HPC Centre gave them an insightful presentation by highlighting all milestones that have been achieved so far by the Centre in terms of capacity utilisation. The Chief Secretary was duly impressed by the progress made with such limited resources and encouraged the team to keep up the good work. He encouraged the various Government Ministries to make use of this technological advancement for the overall benefit of the nation.
